The company Harley-Davidson also produced a model to the slightly different specifications of the Canadian Army, which would be named the WLC and used by Canadian and other Commonwealth armies. Because Canadian Army didn't purchased all produced motocycles, the surplus of WLC Model has been used by US Army, and also supplied to Sowiet Union under Lend & Lease Contract.
